CELTIC couldn’t resist having a bit of fun at their Old Firm rivals Rangers’ expense after they brought out their new AC/DC clothing range.
The Ibrox side’s limited edition collection features Castore hats, scarves, polos, T-shirts and track jackets – all featuring the Rangers crest and the iconic AC/DC lightning bolt logo.

But it got something of a mixed reaction from fans – and the administrators of the Hoops social media accounts figured they could make a bit of capital out of it.
Tweeting from the CelticFC shop Twitter account, they displayed a picture of the club’s new Korean signing Oh wearing the club’s black-and-green second strip, with the words “Back in Black
The tweet continued: “The @CelticFC Away Kit is back in stock and available in-store and online now. Order now.”
Back in Black, of course, is the name of one of AC/DC’s most successful songs and albums.
A Rangers statement parading the launch said earlier today: “The Grammy winning act are widely considered as one of the greatest rock and roll bands of all time, selling out arena and stadium tours worldwide.
“Their most recent studio album Power Up topped the charts in 21 countries in 2020.
“The limited-edition range represents a powerful collaboration between music and sport, and is a fitting tribute for fans of both the club and the band.
“AC/DC was closely involved with the creation of the range and hope fans will enjoy it.”
